By accessing the Service, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with any page bearing the Pay Per Slur mark, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, your remedy is to close the tab. We will not be offended; we will not, in fact, notice.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and a tasteful amount of fanfare.

The Service is a work of satire. It does not issue real licences, certifications, permissions, or legal opinions. Any document, certificate, badge, or "pass" generated through the Service has the legal and operational weight of a sticker. You acknowledge that no regulator, employer, platform, family member, or group chat has agreed to recognise it.

References to "approval", "verification", "committee", or "compliance" are rhetorical devices intended to make a joke about modern internet culture. They do not describe a real process performed by a real institution.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
• Promote violence, incite hatred, or coordinate real-world harm against any person on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Submit content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the person it concerns.
• Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
• Attempt to bypass, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Service or any underlying infrastructure.

Satire is not a defence to harm. The fact that this Service is a joke does not entitle you to use it as a vehicle for conduct that injures other people.

Pay Per Slur has no tolerance for hateful conduct, including content that dehumanises, threatens, or incites discrimination against any protected group. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse any submission, remove any content, or terminate any account where such conduct is suspected.

Our editorial standard is straightforward: jokes about the culture, not jokes at the expense of the vulnerable.

Any "pass", "certificate", or comparable artefact issued through the Service is a piece of decorative ephemera. It grants no licence, immunity, defence, easement, indulgence, or right of any kind, in any jurisdiction, online or offline.

You are not permitted to represent to any third party that your pass has been recognised, ratified, or endorsed by any authority, employer, court, platform, or community. Doing so misrepresents the nature of the Service and immediately voids whatever non-binding status the pass purported to confer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be accurate, timely, uninterrupted, or amusing.

In no event shall Pay Per Slur, its operators, affiliates, contributors, or any individual loosely associated with the project be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, reputational, professional, romantic, or karmic damages arising out of your use of, reliance on, or inability to stop visiting the Service.

Nothing in these Terms, on the Service, or in any communication with us creates immunity from civil claims, criminal liability, platform enforcement, professional consequences, or the disappointment of people who love you. The Service does not, and cannot, indemnify you for choices you make in the real world.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, including (without limitation) where we believe you are using the Service to harm others, to deceive third parties as to the status of your pass, or to extract earnest legal advice from a fundamentally unserious website.

The Service is intended solely for entertainment, commentary, and cultural critique. No content on this site is offered as legal, medical, financial, psychological, theological, or HR advice. You should not rely on anything here to make decisions that matter. If you have, please consult a qualified professional and possibly a friend who tells you the truth.

The Pay Per Slur name, logo, copy, design system, and all underlying code are the property of the project's operators. You may quote short excerpts for the purpose of commentary, review, or making fun of us. You may not reproduce the Service in whole for commercial purposes without written permission, which we will probably grant if you ask politely.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, which we suspect will not entertain it.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pay Per Slur in respect of the Service, and supersede any prior understandings, including ones we may have implied in marketing.
