Refund Policy.
This policy describes when you are entitled to a refund for a Pay Per Slur purchase and how to request one. We have written it in plain language so there is no ambiguity at the till.

Satire notice
Pay Per Slur is a work of satire and social commentary. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, a binding licence, or authorisation to engage in conduct that is harmful, unlawful, or prohibited by any platform. This document is written in the voice of a corporation that does not really exist.
01.Standard refund window
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date, provided the relevant pass, credit, or certificate has not yet been issued, downloaded, displayed, screenshotted, or otherwise used.
Requests should be sent to refunds@payperslur.com with the order reference and the email address used at checkout.
02.Non-refundable digital goods
Once a pass has been generated, delivered, or rendered for display, it is treated as a consumed digital good and is non-refundable. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal in respect of such delivered digital content, where that waiver is permitted by law.
Bundles, gift passes, and enterprise plans follow the same rule on a per-item basis: unused items in a bundle may be refunded pro rata; used items may not.
03.Duplicate or accidental purchases
Where you can demonstrate that two or more identical purchases were made within a short window in respect of the same account, we will refund the duplicate charge in full upon request, even where the pass has been issued. We assume good faith and process these quickly.
04.Pricing errors
If a product is mispriced due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid in full, rather than honour the price. We will tell you what happened.
05.Fraud prevention
We reserve the right to decline or reverse a refund where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse of this policy, identity misrepresentation, or coordinated charge-and-refund activity. Examples include, without limitation:
- Refund requests for passes that have been publicly displayed.
- Refund requests from accounts with prior chargebacks.
- Multiple refund requests from related accounts, payment methods, or IP addresses.
Where we decline a refund on these grounds we will explain the basis on request.
06.Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your bank or card network, please contact refunds@payperslur.com so we can investigate. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or doing so in respect of a delivered pass, may result in suspension of your account and refusal of future service. We respond to legitimate chargeback inquiries from card networks with order records, delivery confirmation, and a calm professional tone.
07.Regrettable purchases
We acknowledge that purchases made on the Service are, by their nature, occasionally regrettable. Buyer's remorse, social fallout, or a sudden return of one's better judgement are not grounds for a refund outside the standard window. The Service is satire; the receipt, sadly, is real.
08.No immunity from real-world consequences
For the avoidance of doubt: paying for a pass does not purchase immunity from civil liability, criminal liability, platform enforcement, professional discipline, social consequences, or the considered judgement of people who know you. A refund is the return of money. It is not the return of a reputation.
09.How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most refunds clear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. We do not issue refunds in cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or favours.
